Danny Brown puts his life on the line in Q-Tip-produced ‘Dirty Laundry’
With his anticipated fifth studio album uknowhatimsayin¿ set to drop on 4th October, Danny Brown has unleashed its lead single ‘Dirty Laundry’.
The new track is produced by Q-Tip – who executive produced the whole album – and sees Danny Brown putting his life out on the line; airing out some of the maddest experiences that lead him to be where we find him today.
“This is my version of a stand-up comedy album,” Danny says of the record. “Most of my friends now aren’t rappers – they’re comedians and actors. So I wanted to create something that mixed humour with music. Something that was funny but not parody.”
‘Dirty Laundry’ comes with an equally zany video, directed by Simon Cahn, which you can check out above, then support the single via your preferred streaming service.
