After a few delays over the past couple of years, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib have released their second joint album Bandana.

The follow up to their celebrated 2014 album PiƱata, the album contains 15 tracks including existing singles ‘Flat Tummy Tea’, ‘Crime Pays’ and ‘Giannis’, and boasts guest appearances from Pusha T, Killer Mike, Anderson .Paak, Yasiin Bey and Black Thought.

During a sit down with Red Bull Music Academy in 2016, Madlib revealed that many of the beats on this album were rejected by Kanye West during his The Life Of Pablo period. And in a recent Tweet the enigmatic producer confirmed that he had created them on his iPad.

In support of the album, the duo are set to play O2 Forum Kentish Town on 26th October, you can buy tickets for that here.
