2018 was a year of excess, with almost every Friday marking a huge rap release – if not multiple – and despite a few weeks of calm, it looks like that’s not about to slow down in 2019.

Future jolts us into the new year, with a new album scheduled for release next Friday 18th which will be preceded by an Apple Music documentary entitled The WIZRD later this week.

The LP will follow a relatively low-key year for the Atlanta rapper (in which he still managed to release an anticipated mixtape sequel, a film soundtrack and a collab tape with Juice Wrld). To get a taste of what to expect, Future has let off the Spike Jordan and Sebastian Sdaigui directed ‘Crushed Up’ video, which you can watch above.
