Jay Z announces new album ‘4:44’, dropping next week

After mysterious ‘4:44’ billboards went up around New York City, and a short advert aired during the NBA Finals pointing at a 30th June release date, it’s finally been revealed that the campaign surrounds Jay Z‘s imminent 13th solo album.

Today it’s been revealed that Jay will unleash the album on Tidal next Friday, via a short clip that shows Moonlight‘s Mahershala Ali boxing to a clip of a new song named after Jay‘s father ‘Adnis’.
