22-year-old London born producer, DJ and radio host, Melle Brown, has gifted us with the first single from her forthcoming EP, Intersection, with the soulful house offering ‘Background Noise’ featuring smooth vocals from Oli Hannaford.

Melle Brown seamlessly mixes Neo-soul, jazz and house with the production of ‘Background Noise’ and speaking about the concept of the track, she says “The inspiration behind ‘Background Noise’ stems from a place of self-belief & determination. Treating negative energy/various opinions that may lead you astray as Background Noise; allowing you to focus on what really matters, whatever that may be…I’d like that part to become unique to the person/ears on the receiving end of the track.”

Press play on ‘Background Noise’ below and lookout for her EP, Intersection, being released April 26 on Jamz Supernova’s record label Future Bounce.
