With less than a week to go now until the release of his fifth album Ignorance Is Bliss, Skepta returns with a visual for its opening track ‘Bullet From A Gun’.

The track, which was released the same day as the Nafe Smallz-assisted ‘Greaze Mode’, sees Skepta offering an autobiographical status update, readying listeners for the mindset from which he’s approaching the new record.

Directed by Duncan Loudon, the accompanying visual sees Skepta waiting for the train with a baby buggy at Camden Town tube station. The new father calmly delivers his meditative bars, while a storm of characters and situations pass by.

“The internet is making everything and everyone politically correct but that takes away the artistry,” Skepta says of the new album. “Ignorance Is Bliss deals with the yin yang of Life. True Skepta, saying it exactly how it is.”

Look out for Ignorance Is Bliss dropping this Friday 30th May, with a homecoming performance headlining Field Day festival at Meridian Water the following week on 7th June.
